Swiss Precision Turning

Small Parts
Our Swiss machines are capable of manufacturing a wide range of components, from micro machined parts (bottom right), suture, pedicle, tack screws (bottom left) to complex 7-axis machined parts, all completed in one operation. This versatility ensures we can meet the diverse needs of our customers with precision and efficiency.
Laser Marking
Our 4-axis Trumpf laser marker is capable of laser engraving with exceptional clarity to a depth of more than .010 inches. Additionally, our laser can accurately mark location lines, ensuring surgeons use the correct screw for each application
